First seen on the Kobe 6, the special Grinch colorway is slated to make its return on the Nike Kobe 10 Elite just in time for Christmas.
Specifically listed as a custom NIKEiD option, instead of a general release, the festive theme has been one of the more popular finishes from Bryant’s signature lineage. This unexpected return may seem fitting as this 2015-16 NBA season will be his last. Overall, the low-top sneaker is derived from the fictional character created by Dr. Seuss, and defined as being grumpy, filled with anti-holiday spirit, as well as boasting a predominantly Green hue.
Hints of Red provided by the laces further encapsulate the holiday moniker, while a contrasting Black Swoosh is prominent on its side panels. Finished off with a White midsole unit and Green-colored outsole, you can find this limited edition variation directly at NIKEiD starting December 22nd for $245.

Author’s Take
I’ve shared before that I’m a big admirer of this silhouette’s design. I wasn’t really into Kobes back then and especially when this particular colorway came out on the 6. It’s nice to see it revived again so fans can enjoy.
